Cosmic Model Management was the brainchild of David Subirats, a booker with 20 years experience on the international fashion circuit. Having moved to London from his native Barcelona recently, he convinced his boss, the founder of luxury recruiter Elite Associates to launch Cosmic Model Management.
For those of you not familiar with Cosmic Models, here is how it all started…
• June 2009 – the first models were scouted, how exciting!
• December 2009 – Cosmic Models moved to new offices in ultra-trendy Clerkenwell
• January 2010 – hoorah, Cosmic Models opens its doors to the industry just in time for London Fashion Week
• January 2010 – scouting trips to Amsterdam and Brussels, resulting in partnerships with international agencies
• March 2010 – scouting trip to Barcelona – yet more gorgeous international faces on our books
Well, after all those months and months of hard work, we finally have a moment to breathe and as we have so many exciting stories to share we decided to launch our blog – watch this space for great pictures from recent shoots, shows and collaborations with fantastic industry creatives.
